All prices are in Australian dollars, pricing is inclusive of GST
All orders will subject to freight costs which will be applied at the time of order
International orders will be billed in Australian Dollars and the card company will convert the charges for you.
International orders may be subject to additional charges depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient, not GOLFKID

How to make a payment

You may pay via Direct deposit into our Bank account, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or by using your Paypal account To use this option you do not need to have an account with Paypal. Click here for more information on Paypal.

Goods paid by direct deposit will be processed once the funds have been received.

Should you need to exchange or request a refund.

EXCHANGES
Should you order incorrectly we will be more than happy to exchange for the right size, please choose carefully as there is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 for Australia

(cheque/money order or credit card details) or $8.00 for New Zealand (credit card only) for re delivery. Or $15.00 for International Orders

Please make sure your name, address, phone number and exchange requirements are included.

REFUNDS
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.

SHOULD YOU RECEIVE FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items damaged by wear and tear will not be deemed faulty Goods will only be confirmed faulty after assessment by GOLFKID and if need be our manufacturer. After this assessment you will be advised of the affected items being replaced subject to availability and in some cases a refund may be considered.
